Just A Note! and A Treasure Hunt!

Published by at 5:50 am under Rubbernecker,TSSC Sketch Challenges

RN Just a Note 400×500Hello, everyone!  Today’s project features the ‘Violin and Music Scroll’ and ‘A Note Text’ from Rubbernecker.  Instead of coloring the image, I embossed the image directly atop Basic Grey paper that I felt could lend its own colors to the image.   Some of the paper edges were touched up with Tim Holtz Distress Ink – Tea Dye.  Final touches include a few black gems from Hero Arts, and a bit of organdy ribbon that I crinkled with a quick burst from my embossing tool.   I hope you enjoy it.    (I’ll include the recipe at the bottom of today’s post.)  Thanks so much for visiting!
