Fall Fun Blog Hop! C’mon Along!
Hi there! Welcome to the Fall Fun Blog Hop! I’ve opted for a totally Fall Creation today.
Surely that’s no surprise, as Texas is still battling the 100’s in temps. Now don’t get me wrong … I am NOT a snow lover – not even close! LOL I suppose in terms of temperatures, I’m a “moderate” — not tooo cold —- not tooo hot! 😉 Welcome to the Summer of “extremes” in the U.S.A.!
There you have it! My first “fall-themed’ card for 2011! Believe it or not, all three “leaves” were each uniquely colored .. different colors were highlighted in each leaf. I must say that this is one of the fascinating and endearing elements of paper-crafting; every piece is unique … duplicates can be difficult to achieve without using a photocopier. Such is art itself!
BUT Wait!!! I have an Uh-Ohhhhhh! I happen to have a duplicate Halloween stamp from Rubbernecker.com right here in my possession. Nope .. this was not intended … but surely I do not need 2 of the same Halloween stamp! Sooooooooooooooo ... I will personally make a random draw from all non-duplicated comments on THIS blog post between Monday, Sept. 5 , and Thursday, Sept. 8. Details: Any and all single comments will be entered in my personal random drawing for a Rubbernecker Halloween Stamp! Yep … I accidentally ordered a duplicate – so darlin’s ….. you each have a chance at bringing it home! My winner will be chosen from those who post on “this” blog post. Obviously … I need to be able to see your email addy in order to contact you in the event that you should win! (Surely y’all know that drill by now! )
My Anniversary falls within all of these dates … so just in case Mr. Tex whisks me away somewhere …. {do not fear … I would faint at the very least!!!!} …. I would email a stampy buddy and give her permission to update this post with new details! haha

I was looking for samples of Halloween and Christmas cards when I came across this beautiful fall card. I love sending and receiving homemade cards so much. I have one friend who makes her cards. She always sends me a fall card, so I think I will make my own version of this one to send her. I spend all my spare time looking at card making sites. Thanks

Bev, those leaves are treeeeeemendous, pardon the pun. Seriously, were they done with copics? So beautifully done and the bold, fall colors work so well. Wish I had a favorites button. Maybe you’ve put it on SCS!
