Enjoy Your Day!

Have you checked out the Touch Twin Challenges lately?    Well, if it’s been a while, just check it out!  Twice per month, the Touch Twin design team shares a varying challenge for everyone.   Sometimes it’s an inspiration photo, or perhaps a color challenge, or perhaps a theme … it’s somewhat of a “salad” of inspiration at our Touch Twin Challenge Blog!   So if you’re looking for something to inspire your creativity, go take a peek!

I created this with a cute little Penny Black stamp for the most recent challenge.  (Pssst! Did you know that we give everyone 2 (two) weeks in which to participate with Touch Twin challenges? … … and …  I have a great little spot in the left-side column of my blog to show you ‘where’ the Touch Twin markers can be found online.)

See those balloons?  Rather than paper-piecing them, I simply used my 0 Colorless Touch Twin marker to draw lines across the two darker colored balloons, and a coordinating color marker for the lighter balloon!  It’s all clearly marked below in my color map for your convenience.

The “enjoy your day” sentiment seems so versatile that I just ‘had’ to use it for more of a ‘multi-purpose’ card.

Okay … I know you have a busy weekend planned, so off you go!  I’m hoping to get a bit of time in my studio, since I spent last weekend working a wonderful scrappy/stampy convention in Arlington, TX.   I so love that opportunity, but my silly feet have been insisting on a few days of “up” since then.   Between me & thee, uncooperative parts can be such a bother!

    Adorable image Bev! Your coloring is mahvelous! Love the way you colored the balloons! I ate a whole pan of brownies thanks to you tonight…you are wonderful and evil at the same time~LOL

    This is just too cute Bev – is that YOU with your new haircut??!! I think it looks great!! especially with the little heart barrettes!!

      Alas, that new haircut is at least half again as short as this! (Maybe I just need to get some of those barrettes! LOL
