Retiring Accessories 2007 from Stampin’ Up!

Published by at 10:18 pm under Bits & Thoughts

Here it is!  Today brought the release of the 2007 Retiring Accessories list from Stampin’ Up!  I’m providing a link to my pdf file right here for your convenience.  ** Retire Accessories 2007 pdf.  There are a few important details regarding this list that I’d like to explain.

The following products are shown on the retiring list, however they will continue to be available in the upcoming Fall & Winter Collection Catalog (r) in different configurations.  These are the products involved in reconfigurations:

  1. Select individual color packs of 12″ x 12″ card stock
  2. Confetti White & Kraft Tiny Takeout boxes & tags
  3. Select embossing powder colors
  4. Select 1/4″ grosgrain ribbon colors
  5. Corner Rounder punch

As we’ve known all along, the 2006 “In Colors” collection is a part of the retiring list.  For those of us who have purchased and loved our favorites from this collection, June 30 will be the final day to order those cardstocks, ink pads, and ink refills.  If you already have In Colors ink pads, you can easily continue their use by ordering a few ink refills before June 30.

I’ve always found the Stampin’ Up! ribbons to be of very high quality, and offered at a per/yard cost that often equals or beats the per/yard cost of locally purchased ribbons.  If you have favorites, this is certainly the time to take advantage of availability.  No matter what new ribbons will be offered in the new Fall & Winter Collection Catalog (r), the current ribbons are still a beautifully coordinated embellishment for our basic 48 colors of inks & cardstocks!

So what’s the “moral” of this story?  If you have favorites, or if you’ve been waiting until “next time” to purchase any items on the Retiring Accessories list, these items are available for purchase while quantities last, or June 30 at the latest.   I think I need  do write my paper my own list!  😉
