Christmas Birthdays, Anyone?!

Christmas Birthday Fun & Fast 575

It seems that holiday papers evoke smiles & happiness when I look through them, and use them creatively.  However, I’ve finally begun to learn that “next year” I’m going to see even more papers that coax me to order them & bring them home to the tables.   That means that “this” year … I’m trying to use the ones I have even more than I might have planned originally.  Thus, I’m still making a few birthday cards, but I really thought it would be fun for a change to make a very few Christmasy birthday cards.    I know … holidays & birthdays are preferably kept separate, but I don’t often mingle the two and decided it’s okay once in a little while.

Just to keep it quick,  this card is another simply colored image atop patterned paper.  I’ve used one of my favorite ribbon applications, and mimicked the paper pattern in my layers, with a bit of glitter.   Craft Red Pigment ink allows the sentiment to stand boldly atop the cardstock for ease in reading!  Happy Holiday Birthday!
