Riley’s Pink Polka-Dotted Egg!
Honestly …. this little moose named Riley is just so easy to adore! I know there are lots more images to come as the months go by too. I think I’ll need a space exclusively for ‘Riley’. hahaha I’ve paper-pieced this little Easter egg, added little bitty bits of glitter randomly on the polka dots across the card, and used a fine edging of glitter on the inside of the scallops. I guess I’m just in a glitzy mood today! Glitter was followed up with a bit of paper-piercing in the same area.
To create this card, start with a 6.5″ square cardstock. When folded in half, it fits perfectly inside the small open-end envelopes that we offer through Stampin’ Up! It’s a fun size to give and to receive. I’ve used the “Surprise” sentiment from “Things Hanna Would Say”, but there are also several other great choices in that set. I hope you enjoy! Have a sweet weekend!
Card Recipe: STAMPS–>> Riley Moose Easter, Things Hanna Would Say (both Hanna Stamps). PAPERS–>> Chocolate Chip, Pretty in Pink, The Paper Studio. INKS–>> Palette Noir Black, Copic Markers. ACCESSORIES–>> Nestabilities, glitter, May Arts Ribbons.

Too cute. I like how you chopped off part of the oval at the bottom.

Oh Bev, little Riley is soooo stinkin’ adorable and the colors on this card rock!! I love the way you did that oval, very clever!! You make it hard to stick to my vows of not buying other stamps *sigh* Love this! *STAMPIN HUGS* Alex
I love your Riley, and the fact that you used a less common card shape for him. I did take the survey at SCS. I want galleries for other card comapnies, like Hanna Stamps!
