Yeeeehaaaaaaaaaawww! Cowboy Triangle Treats!

Triangle Inky Howdy front 515

 Here’s a cute “Other Than A Card” project … it’s a “Triangle Treat Box”!  Actually, the template itself is a large stamp from Inky Antics!   One stamped impression on the back of your cardstock or patterned paper … a few scoring lines, a bit of ‘sticky strip’ .. and you are “good to go” …. or rather “good to give”! Triangle Inky Howdy side 400

This one is simply a stamped image of the template onto River Rock cardstock, trimmed & scored on the dashed line impressions.  Stamps on the outside of the cardstock?  I simply used the ‘Western Wear Background’ from Inky Antics atop SU’s River Rock cardstock.    {Click small image for larger view!}

In order to create a visual “window” or “porthole” into the box I used my CM cutting system.  However, for a triangle window, I just trace around a cardstock template and cut out with a craft knife.  It’s small, and takes no time at all.  Adhere a small piece of “transparency” behind the “window/hole”.    The template provides holes for accurate punching of matching holes … this could NOT be easier, unless someone else did it for you!    (You can do this!)  Add a tag if you wish, or just close it off with ribbon …. whatever works for the occasion/person!     What do you think?!  Have a party!  How about enclosing the keys to a “new/old” drive for that new driver this year?   These are quick & easy.   Thanks for visiting!

Project Recipe:  STAMPS–>>  Triangle Box Template, Clear Birthday Stamp Set , Western Wear Background (all Inky Antics).   INKS–>>  Chocolate Chip, River Rock.  CARDSTOCKS–>>  Chocolate Chip, River Rock . Whisper White.  ACCESSORIES–>> ‘ just plain twine’, Transparency.
