Make a Wish ** Doggie Wishes That Is
I just had to use this hydrant. I didn’t want it to be the “forgotten” image in the new Hanna Stamps set, “My Best Friend”. *wink*
Have you ever purchased some printed paper without a definite purpose, yet you ‘knew‘ that you would ‘need’ it some day? Well … that’s how I felt about this Daisy D’s paper. I saw the SCS challenge SC167, I knew the hydrant would work, and I started looking through the “far-too-many” pages of printed paper, knowing that this is what I needed. Hooooraaaaaaaay! (Self-validation for the purchase … at long last! It feels so good!) hahaha
The ‘dog bones’ and the sweet ‘paw prints’ were added to the printed paper with Palette Burnt Umber ink. The new stamps are from the upcoming Hanna Stamps set, “My Best Friend”. If you love dogs, you’re going to “need” 3 of the upcoming sets! We’ll have “My Best Friend”, “Large Breeds”, and “Small Breeds”. Check out the other Hanna Design Team blogs for even more sneak peeks, including “Mikey”, and “Let’s Get Physical!” (An excellent set for the work-out divas!)
This layout is from the SCS Sketch Challenge, SC167. It’s just perfect for a medium to small image. Then, I just couldn’t help myself when I browsed the “Things Hanna Would Say” sentiment set. Sorry … I was trying to think like a dog! That’s tricky for a “kitty” person! haha

Oooh, extreme cuteness!! That layout worked great for this, I just printed it out myself. THe paper is so perfect, I know what you mean…I have a pretty big stash still waiting for that moment when I need to use it!
This is really really cute Bev! Ya know, I don’t really buy other stamps, BUT I am a HUGE dog lover and if they have a golden retriever or a weenie dog, I am soooo buying them!!! The paper for this IS perfect, isn’t it nice to know that everything in our stash WILL eventually have a reason for being – LOL! *STAMPIN HUGS* Alex
