Jelly Bean Prayer

Jelly Bean Prayer 510

I love this stamp and the jelly beans stamps too.  It’s such a quick & easy gift!  The prayer/poem is stamped on shimmery white cardstock, and the beans are overstamped atop the verse.  For the bolder colors, I stamped off the jelly bean image before stamping atop the words for easy reading.

The rick-rack was easily sewn behind the paper edges with my handy-dandy Janome sewing machine.  My friend Cami first raved about this little machine from Hancock Fabrics … and I simply adore using mine!  Weighing in at only 5 pounds, I can easily put it right up here on my stamping table for as long as I need it, and I can put it away in a special little sewing machine tote in less than 1.5 minutes.  Honestly, it is a joy!

It’s raining, raining, raining here … I hope some of you have sunshine today!  Check the post below for another little pillow box treat.  The pillow boxes are found at Inky Antics, along with the stamps for both projects!
