I’m happy to host one of the birthday challenges for the Hanna Stamps 1st birthday!  It’s “Who’s Got the Buttons?”, meaning my challenge to you is to include a button or buttons on your challenge creation!  Even though we’re posing the challenges at tonight’s (Thursday) party in the SCS Hanna forum, you actually have until Monday, before 6:00 p.m. Eastern to create and upload your project to your SCS gallery.  Please post the SCS gallery link to your entry on my HSAC5 (your keyword) Challenge thread in the SCS Hanna Forum, for the opportunity to win a new Hanna Stamps set of your choice, or a new Riley stamp of your choice!

HS Ski Thx clzd 420×355My sample uses the new “Ski Bunny” stamp set in a criss-cross card style.  The criss-cross style allowed me to use a few buttons on the outside as well as one on the insert.  The button atop the insert is layered with a Nestabilities scallop circle, to create the ‘pull’ for the insert.  My trusty glue dots adhere all buttons to the card.   White pigment snowflakes were stamped on all front surfaces of the criss-cross card, before adhering the Basic Grey papers.  The red insert layer was also stamped HS Ski Thx insrt 400×325with white snowflakes, while the white layer has a light application of Baja Breeze snowflakes.  ‘Lift’ the insert to reveal the coordinating skis from the new stamp set.   My “Thanks for the Lift!” sentiment was computer-generated, and suits today’s Ways to Use it Challenge, WT186 at SCS.

I hope you’ll play along in the “Who’s Got the Buttons?” challenge!  We’re eager to see your creations!  If you do not have Hanna stamps or Riley stamps, you’re still welcome to join in the challenge for the chance to win a free Hanna set or Riley!   All new sets will be available at Hanna Stamps, at midnight, Eastern on Thursday, October 2!

Thank you for visiting today!
