Snowman’s Let It Snow! & a Treasure Hunt

RN Snowman FS88 510×504

I couldn’t resist this week’s featured stamper challenge, FS88, at SCS.  The featured stamper is ‘Anne Ryan’.    This layout seemed just right for this traditional ‘Snowman’ from Rubbernecker.  When I paired it with my Imaginisce paper, it seemed to come together without effort!  I love it when that happens!

RN Snowman FS88 snow 275×195Tim Holtz’s Glassy Glaze is such a quick-drying clear, dimensional glue.  I’ve used it to glitterfy the snowflake brad, as well as the brads I’ve used for flower centers.   Stickles Diamonds dot the image area, as well as the first layer behind the image.  The “snow” on the snowman’s hat and at his base is simply a generous layer of Liquid Applique, sprinkled with glitter while wet.  “Blow dry”, and he’s good to go!    My sentiment is punched directly from the Imaginisce paper with my EK Success Oval Punch!  You’ll find the project materials listed at the bottom of today’s post.
