Taggin’ for the Blogger’s Challenge #5!
Hey, hey!! I know this might seem to be a bit “early” … but if you will ask those closest to me, they’ll easily tell you that “early” is NOT my norm. hee hee … The only time I’m “early” seems to be when it’s related to stampin’! Well, today is our Blogger’s Challenge #5 …. which is a Color Challenge! Your challenge is to create a project using Blue, Green, and Brown! Surprise! I have a project ready … even though I didn’t expect to get it done! Okay …. admittedly it’s a simple project. But …. I did get it done! hahaha
Rubbernecker Stamps has sooooo many offerings for Christmas. Honestly … there are so many “tags” alone that are available! I couldn’t help but fit one into the “Blue, Green, Brown” challenge! Fill a treat bag with goodies, color one of these super-quick tag images … and you’ve got a quick & easy treat for anyone at your work area …. drop-in neighbors .. you name it!?! Personally, I love this elf tag .. but there are soooo many more from which to choose! Each one is quickly colored and easy to coordinate with your wrapping papers! Get ahead this year! Go forth & make those tags! Now for the bag itself .. I learned this genius combo of “bag” plus papers from my sweet Milwaukee friends, Stevie, Nancy, and Donna. What a sweet weekend memory from last year! Thanks, darlin’ gals!
And if you’re still reading … I’m preparing for my very first opportunity to ‘demo’ at a Stampin’-Scrappin’ Event! Yaaaay! I cannot begin to tell you how “excited” I feel!! My friend, BadSherry (Sherry Cheever) arrives later today (Wednesday) for a day of fun & stampin’ & practice here in my studio. Tomorrow morning, we will ride along with “Mr. Rubbernecker Stamps, Dave, from the Dallas area, through Temple, TX, to pick up Joan Ervin — — OMGosh!! I will have to settle down! Help! From there, we travel on to San Antonio, Texas, home of the Alamo, and the River Walk! I’m sure that I have countless added “smile lines” just anticipating this fabboo opportunity! Yaaaay! Get ready for {{{hugs}}}}, Sherry & Joan! If I find the time to blog along our journey … you’ll be the first to know!
And if you’re in the vicinity of the RubberStamp & ScrapBook Expo in San Antonio, this weekend, puhhhhleeeeeeze come by the Rubbernecker Stamps booth and say “Howdy!” I would love to see ya/meet ya!~
Thanks, everyone! I appreciate your visit!
