“Sweet Day!”
I felt the need to add a bit more to my “all occasion” card stash. It seems that whatever I need on any given day is ‘not’ in my box. Has that ever happened to you? Well, the first one is already ‘promised’ to someone in my mind & on my heart, but I intend to add a second one to my stash box. Truth is, I should do that more often. tsk tsk tsk!
If you are a sister paper-hoarder, then you’ll recognize that I’ve held onto this Basic Grey paper far longer than is appropriate. But now that my local scrapping stores have dwindled to near non-existence nearby, I find that I’m hoarding even more than before! Acccck! That is just not cool. I do love these JustRite monogram stamps … especially because they are so easy to personalize. If not using a monogram, they allow for your own customized phrases with so many great alphabets in varying sizes. This font is the new ‘Brayton’ font, and it comes packaged with a very nice variety of sizes, just right for your custom sentiments. This border comes from the C-30 Monogram Stamper Kit. I’ll be using more of these for a couple of holiday gifts coming up later this month.

This card is so very pretty! I do not have any of the just rite stamps, but every time I see a card like this one, it makes me wish I did!

Lovely card, Bev. I like that Basic Gray paper too. Swirls, earth colors, those are just my kind of things. And I just love your ribbon choice. Not having cards for a special occasion… I never do. But I do have lots of watercolor paintings (I even replaced fresh flowers with a flower painting last week when I needed to tell happy birthday to a coworker.)
