Peace on Earth * Take the Challenge
I couldn’t resist this week’s Blogger Challenge. Shelly has come up with a sweet challenge: Use glitter, perfect pearls, rhinestones, or your choice of glitz to give your project some sparkle! Naptime for our visiting grandsons allowed me to finish up this project … sweet!
Both the sentiment and the angel were stamped with embossing ink, then embossed in silver. For extra sparkle, the angel is on shimmery white cardstock. For her shimmery ribbon wings, I lightly painted embossing reinker with a dry aquapainter. Next, I applied embossing tinsel and heated to a white shimmer. I truly do enjoy this new-to-me product! There’s even an extra photo just to share a good look at the sparkle & shine.

Ohhhhhh this is beautiful!! I love that you embossed her in silver and I NEVER thought to use the embossing reinker to paint (then emboss) a solid area!!! Wonderful!!
