Wacky Wednesday Challenge! WW#9

RN Abstract Floral WW9 500×231

Welcome to another Wacky Wednesday Chalenge! This week, it’s my turn to host the WW9 Challenge, so we’re going to “Heat It Up!”   Happy Dance  So, what on earth does that mean?  Let’s get out our heat tools and use them on this week’s challenge!  You might heat to crinkle or melt ribbon, or heat to use emboss resist, or maybe just heat emboss!  It’s your choice for your own personal creativity!RN Abstract Floral WW9 395×475

Here is my contribution to get your mojo warmed up.   I used one of the brand new backgrounds from Rubbernecker, Abstract Floral, along with the Petite Word Set.  I stamped the background using orange pigment ink on hot pink cardstock, then clear heat embossed.  Next, I stamped onto a deep orange card using pink pigment ink.  Again, it’s clear heat embossed.  After trimming the pink cardstock, it was layered atop the orange card.  The seam is hidden behind the scrumptious May Arts Ribbon.  The sentiment was stamped and adhered behind a Tim Holtz Fragments Charm, and tied to the bow with a bit of metallic cord.  Voila! ~
