Jeremiah 29:11
I hope you’ve all had a blessed weekend! I’ve enjoyed special moments with family this weekend, and also fun & laughs with our good friends, so I’m just now getting around to posting my ‘intended’ project for Sunday. Well, it’s Sunday evening, so I guess this timing will just have to do! 😉
Basic Grey collections made it easy to find coordinated papers suited to make a happy card of encouragement. The cross image was overstamped with the scripture, and edges were gently sponged with a bit of pink. Just a little width of velvet rick rack backs it up, with easy straight-stitching on borders. The vertical panel has also been dry embossed with the Cuttlebug, but alas, that’s actually easier to see in person on this one. Easy enough to produce a few if you’d like for a nice stash or for Women’s Ministry use as well! Thanks for spending a few of your moments to visit today! Here’s wishing you a sweet week with unexpected smiles!

as soon as I saw the post title I knew I had to come see what gorgeous thing you had created, ’cause this is one of my favorite verses, too! and your card is most certainly gorgeous! I like how you have the paper mimic the shape of the cross in the main image. so pretty! 🙂
Gorgeous, Bev! I love the look of the coordinating BG papers behind the beautiful scripture!
Oh my goodness – I LOVE this!!! Can you believe I’ve never ordered from Verve? You and Lori have pushed me over the edge – I have to get over there and order!
