SSS25 * My Fall Friend
Hooray! It’s time for another Sweet Stop Sketch Challenge! This week, Korin has developed another fun sketch … definitely enjoyable to work with this one! I’ve long been a fan of using circles, so I’m sure I’ll want to use this sketch again. Be sure to check it out at The Sweet Stop today, and join in the fun!
I knew what image & sentiment that I wanted to use once I took a look at the sketch. 
From there, I chose the 7 Gypsies paper, and thus, the color scheme was settled at the same time. This one honestly seemed to come together easily. (A stampin’ girl’s gotta love those little surprises!) That little bit of Cuttlebugged texture was touched up with ink, while the fall leaves were stamped as a background on the circle as well as on the image layer. The ‘Friend’ sentiment seemed just right for this layer. Perhaps I’ll make a few more of these for an addition to the ever-needed card stash. So, if you’re ‘hearing’ something, it might be me, talking to myself about doing that! 😉
