Gina K.’s November Blog Hop! * Christmas is Coming …. But Here’s 2008!

Published by at 6:00 am under Christmas,Gina K Designs

Welcome, everyone!   It’s time for Gina K.’s November Blog Hop … and it’s actually her first ‘customer’ blog hop!   Please check out Gina’s Blog, where you’ll find the complete list of participating stampers & links to their blogs.  You’re sure to find a wealth of inspiration!

I’ve created a project using my newest arrival in the studio … and I’m tickled to share it with you!   Even though we’re fast approaching Christmas 2009, I’ve added one of my favorite pics from 2008 to this project … but I adore the way it turned out.

This project that has just been ‘waiting’ to get from ‘dreams to reality’.   That’s actually why I needed this stamp set …  The Christmas ideas were seemingly in a hurry to be produced!   (I know … It’s likely that only a paper-crafter might understand that statement.   I have trust that you’ll understand.)   😉

The poinsettia images were stamped & gold-embossed twice in order to allow me to cut out & lift up a few of the petals.  The photo is one of my favorites from Christmas Day, last year (2008).

I know the little ones in my life will be delighted to see this on display when they arrive.  I can practically ‘hear’ their happy comments about seeing themselves in the photo!   Can’t you just imagine the virtual comments of someone opening up a card with a similarly sweet family photo?  Well, ‘that’s’ why I ‘needed’ this new set.    *grin*

It’s the week of Thanksgiving!  May you be blessed and looking forward to savoring the fellowship of God, family, and friends in the coming days!  Thank you each & every one for stopping by to visit here.
