Happy Weekend, Everyone!
Alas, my ‘real life’ has been very full in the recent days, so I have been absent from the stampin’ table.
In ‘other’ real-life news, I’m working again this year with Inky Antics at the stamp show this weekend in Mesquite, Texas, which actually opens today (Saturday) through Sunday. Friday was the super-busy day of setting up booths, setting up booths … … … Uhmmmmmm … did I mention setting up booths?! LOL It’s always very interesting behind the scenes, and labor is in plentiful supply … as well as some fun. My feet have threatened to go on strike, and there’s still 2 days of standing followed by “break down” and pack it up to follow. I didn’t take my camera on Friday, but hopefully there will be a few moments for photos over the weekend. Tex’s Tip: Hey … we only live once …. and I find that it’s always best to savor it with friends. Tonight, I was pleased to find a surprise hug coming up behind me from my sweet friend, Sharon C. (stampscout @ SCS). Sharon had come with stampin’ friends to participate in the big bash of Make & Takes sponsored by the show this weekend. If you’re coming to Mesquite this weekend, please oh please, do stop by the Inky Antics booth and share a Howdy or a Hug! It will just make my day that much better!
In the meantime, I’ll try to remember that camera when I head out on Saturday morning! I hope to see y’all there! And if I can only “see” you “here”, then that’s delightful as well. Thanks so much for your weekend visit! I hope yours will be as great as you’re hoping!
