Sweetest Blessings * Blog Hoppin’!
Welcome to the blog hop, everyone! I’m tickled to be sharing a bit of calorie-free goodness from the Sweetest Blessings stamp set by Gina K. Designs!
I was hoping to give the cake/pie stand the appearance of white milk glass, (? faux glass ?), so it has been covered with Glossy Accents as is the cherry. It all reminds me of Ruby’s home-made cherry pies back on the farm, where the cherries were picked from her two trees . Yummm! And for just a little more touch of ‘faux’, my trusty Cuttlebug provided some easy dry-embossing for the framing layer.

Bev – this is an adorable card and the pie looks good enough to eat! Yum! Love that you used a “milk glass” look for the pie stand – very cool and kind of retro!
